Let us send you some further details & a quote if needed

After an initial email or call where we establish if we can help. The trainer you spoke to will take responsibility for sending you some more details as required and a full quotation for any training needs identified. This person will remain your single point of contact so you always get an answer when you need one.

Respond & book

If you like what you see and have a date in mind then simply email or call your allocated trainer direct and they will arrange to book you into our diary or explore alternative suggestions if required. One thing is certain, they will help you get the cost effective training you require at a time to suit you. Including weekends and/or evenings if required to fit in around your business needs.

Provide invoice or PO details

We will capture your invoice details and send over a QR code and direct link to make online secure payment easy. We will agree any payment terms you require and/or obtain PO numbers if required. While our back office is doing this we will be creating a course plan for you based on your needs.

Joining instructions

Once we have completed the previous stages we will forward all joining instructions for your participants. If you are joining us at our training centre then lunch and all refreshments are included on every course so you will have nothing to do other than turn up on the day.
